Are my files secure?
Yes, your security is our priority. Files uploaded are processed securely and automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing. We do not claim ownership of your files or share them with third parties.
Is there a free plan available?
Yes, we offer a Free plan with a limited number of credits and features so you can test our tools before committing to a paid subscription.
How do credits work?
Each tool usage (like compressing a PDF or generating an AI image) consumes a specific number of credits. Your credits replenish every billing cycle based on your subscription plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if a tool fails to process my file?
If a job fails due to an error on our end, the credits used for that job will be automatically refunded to your account.
Do you offer API access?
Yes, API access is available on our Business plan for users who want to integrate our tools programmatically into their own applications.
