1. Agreement to Terms

5. AI Tools Usage

InstantTool provides various Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered tools. You acknowledge that AI algorithms may generate output that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or unintended. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by our AI tools before using it for commercial, legal, or personal purposes. InstantTool shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. InstantTool and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
